FOUNDER

Symon possesses over two decades of expertise in healthcare development, business development, health system joint ventures, strategy, and operations. He has held various positions at United Surgical Partners International, ultimately serving as the Chief Strategy Officer for their largest market, with an EBITDA exceeding $400M. Subsequently, Symon became the Senior Vice President of Development at Regent Surgical Partners, where he led M&A initiatives, focusing primarily on the company's most substantial health system partner.

He is a founding partner of Cypress Healthcare Partners as well as Magnolia Surgical Partners. He earned his degree from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.

On a personal front, Symon is happily married to Sarah with two wonderful kids who keep them on their toes. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking in the mountains and an occasional round of golf.

Trevor is a Founder of Cypress Healthcare Partners, serves as a Partner in Midsouth Ortho Solutions and is the Managing Partner of Midsouth Surgical. With over 13 years of experience in the medical industry focusing on DME, Trevor has driven significant growth and financial performance across these organizations, notably growing Midsouth Ortho Solutions to $28 million in product sales and billing revenue, while scaling Midsouth Surgical to $4 million in sales within two years of its inception.

His expertise includes driving growth, margin expansion, and overall financial performance, all achieved by a deep understanding of client needs and creating cost-saving and profitable programs. His strategic acumen is further demonstrated through strong alliances and partnerships, representing top manufacturers like BREG, Hely & Weber, Orthofix, and Microport.

Outside of his professional role, Trevor is committed to community service, participating in the Touchdown Club which benefits the Rise School of Dallas and special needs children. He also teaches Sunday school and is an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.

Trevor enjoys the mountains, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family, including his wife, Jordan, of 12 years and their two children, Avery and Ryan. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
